The institute should change the password on first login.

v      Submission of Application Form for Renewal / Fresh Scholarship by Candidate:

The eligible aspiring candidates shall fill the online application form on http://momascholarship.gov.in. The candidate should register the name on the website, fill the form online, verify the data filled and forward to the Institutes. The candidate should take printout of the form, attach documents and submit to the institute. The OSMS shall generate the Temporary Application ID for the student. The candidate shall not be able to update the data once the form is forwarded to the institute.

v      Procedure for the Institutes :

The Nodal Office has created the User Accounts for the approved Institutes in Maharashtra and password has been sent by SMS/ email. The institute should obtain password from Nodal Office, if not received. The institute should login to the system and update the institute details, bank details, courses and fees details. The institute should scrutinize the online application form and approve or reject the Application through OSMS. The system shall generate permanent Application ID. The forms should be forwarded to the Regional Office of the Directorate of Technical Education for Maharashtra State Candidates. The application forms of the candidates of other states should be forwarded to the respective State. 

v      Last Date :  Fresh Scholarships upto midnight of 10.09.2011

                                Renewal Scholarships upto midnight of 30.12.2011            

v      Scholarship disbursement by NEFT :

The scholarship shall be transferred through NEFT only, hence the candidates/ institutes should fill the bank details correctly. The candidate can open zero balance account in the Bank as per RBI guidelines.

The application form filled online followed by scrutiny by institutes as per schedule shall considered for scholarship.
