FUTURE PLANS

            During the Ninth Five Years Plan following expansion is proposed.

1.            ESTABLISHMENT TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Considering the present expantion of Engineering\Architectural\ Management colleges it was proposed to affiliate all these colleges to  Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere & have its extension centers at Pune \ Aurangabad \ Nagpur

2.         GRANT IN AUTONOMY ENGINEERING COLLEGES

Govt. College of  Engineering, Pune \ Aurangabad \ VJTI & VARCE Nagpur be granted autonomy. Deemed university status will be awarded in future to Govt. College of Engineering, Pune  

3.            CONTRUCTION OF HOSTELS FOR GIRLS

Considering the increase in strenth of Girls students in Govt. Institutions.  It is proposed to constructs  Girls Hostels at all the Govt. Institutions.
